Portfolio West LLC, an affiliate of Portfolio Development Partners LLC has created a unique investment opportunity - with mitigated risk - for those interested in participating in the benefits and appreciation of commercial real estate. There will be a limited number of opportunities that meet PW LLC criteria.

Traditionally, commercial real estate development opportunities like this are primarily available to industry insiders or large individual investors. All current PDP projects are funded by large or institutional type investors. Though the PDP-West fund, "qualified" investors of varying sizes are being given the opportunity to enjoy the value creation, cash flow, and appreciation found in PD-West commercial real estate development.

The focus is acquiring key commercial properties in highly desirable real estate markets. The majority of activity is the San Francisco Bay Area, Northern, Southern and Central California and Northern Nevada.

The fund targets retail developable land and potentially existing retail centers in need of renovation and tenant upgrade for our established client- tenants (see tenant list). Our sites are in established retail areas with strong existing residential and commercial activity. Our typical projects range in size from one to five acres.
